/ The Challenge
We developed #TweetBalas, an interactive installation at the Memory and Tolerance Museum in Mexico City. A paintball gun was programmed to fire at the word "México" on the wall every time ten discriminatory tweets were posted. The system monitored terms frequently used in online hate speech, such as #naco, #indio, #gata, and others, showing the real-time frequency of discrimination on Twitter.

/ The Approach
As the art director for all digital activities, I led the design of Facebook applications, mobile websites, and video content with helpful tips for new moms. Each piece was crafted to be visually appealing, easy to navigate, and aligned with the brand’s warm and supportive identity. By combining strategic design with user-friendly experiences, we strengthened Huggies’ connection with its audience and enhanced its digital footprint.
