The Challenge
Nakasec, a nonprofit organization dedicated to defending migrant rights, needed a website that truly reflected its mission. While rooted in the Korean community, the organization embraces diverse backgrounds and needed a multilingual platform in English, Spanish, and Korean to foster inclusivity. The existing site lacked clear structure, consistency, and a cohesive identity, making it difficult for users to navigate and engage with its resources.
The Approach
We redesigned the information architecture, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience. A new CMS was implemented, allowing easy content updates across multiple languages. The visual identity was refined with a bold, dynamic look, giving the site a stronger personality while maintaining accessibility. Additionally, we unified previously inconsistent pages, creating a more cohesive and impactful digital presence that truly represents Nakasec’s mission.
