Indio, sponsor of the iconic Vive Latino festival, was looking for an innovative way to engage its true fans. They needed a strategy that not only involved festivalgoers but also paid tribute to the festival's rich history.

/ Challenge
The challenge was to create an engaging and challenging digital experience that not only celebrated the history of Vive Latino but also encouraged fans to deepen their knowledge of the festival. The task was to design an online game that captured the essence of the festival and kept users engaged throughout the experience.
/ Solution
We created "Indio Storytour," an online board game that explored the rich history of the Vive Latino festival. We designed a virtual board with over 1,000 festival-related questions, challenging players to progress by answering correctly. If they lost lives, players could ask their friends for help, encouraging social interaction.
We challenged Vive Latino fans to showcase their knowledge and offered prizes, including free tickets to the next festival, as an incentive. The promotional site was a success, attracting passionate fans and keeping them engaged throughout the game. This strategy not only celebrated the festival's history but also fostered loyalty, strengthening the emotional connection between the Indio brand and its audience.
